What do you truly want out of your life? Isn’t it time to stop accepting less and finally start finding a more purposeful and meaningful existence? I will help you gain awareness of the connection between your thoughts and emotions . Life is hard, and it’s important to learn emotional intelligence, while gaining acceptance to better understand ourselves and our relationships. Call me if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, anger, or having relationship issues . It takes courage to ask for help. The first step is sometimes the hardest. It’s important to honor yourself and strive to be the best version of you!
My life experience as a New York City Firefighter, father and husband allow me to bring real world knowledge and understanding to some of the problems you may be struggling with in your life. I will use many different modalities to help you deal with your issues. These include emotional focused therapy, inner child work and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Good therapy fosters a connection with a caring and empathetic professional who will help by listening and validating where you are at. I strive to create a connection that is non judgmental, safe and warm. Letting go of past shame and truly being honest and open is not only good for our minds but it helps us become lighter and frees us of past burdens.
