Welcome! I offer therapy to men and women ages 18-60. I often work with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, unresolved past experiences, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I offer a very human approach to therapy, and create a therapy experience where you feel understood and supported. I have over 20 years of therapy experience helping people with stress management, social anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, faith transitions, ADHD, and career development. While I often work with people from marginalized groups, I warmly welcome all clients!
I provide therapy to younger and middle-aged adults. My style is culturally sensitive, relational, and genuine. I use a compassionate, strengths-based approach. I have extensive experience working with People of Color (BIPOC) individuals, LGBTQ people, college students, and international people.
I offer free 20 minute phone consultations to see if we would be a good therapy match. Make sure to click the email me button, or call me and I will get back to you in
24 hours. Let's chat so I can hear what is going on in your life to see what are the best next steps. If I am not the therapist for you, I will help you find a therapist who is.
