Announcement icon My office is located in Okinawa, Japan. Teletherapy sessions only.
Anxiety impacts us all, but some are more of us are more sensitive to our environments, our thoughts, and our relationships. We're more susceptible to anxiety. And it's not your fault. It's a combination of genetic vulnerabilities and past events in your life. You're not weak. You just have to work harder than others do at managing it. Therapy is one of the best ways to do just that.
I assist clients in changing their relationship with anxiety, letting go of unhelpful strategies, and achieving goals that are most meaningful in their lives. I help clients in addressing the anxiety first, and then working to develop insight into its origins to begin challenging unhelpful, internal beliefs that maintain it.
Acceptance, respect, and confidentiality are at the core of my work. You're more than welcome to a free consultation to see if we're a good fit.
