I trained at the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Institute (MPSI), and I bring warmth, insight, and a touch of humor to the process.
I don’t believe in a bandaid approach to therapy. Coping strategies like deep breathing can be helpful, but they often aren’t enough to shift the deeper patterns that drive anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or a persistent sense of being stuck.
