My clients have important work, school, or family responsibilities they can't just walk away from, but they need new tools or approaches to manage their lives so that they can thrive.

I specialize in working with clients to develop practical strategies to become the people they aspire to be. I collaborate with folks to clarify core values, interrogate old coping strategies, and move strategically towards centering their authentic values and priorities.

I'm the best fit for clients seeking an empathetic, knowledgeable, and attentive therapist. Finding joy and being playful are essential to me. I don't hesitate to relate through pop culture, music, and humor. On the more clinical side of my work, I blend tools from DBT, ACT, and MBSR into a unique therapeutic approach tailored to each client's needs.
