Is your marriage crumbling, dealing with a difficult child, or just tired of fighting with those you love? I work with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced varying levels of stress and conflict in their life. I have been practicing therapy since 2007 and have worked in a variety of disciplines with particular focus in the areas of marital/relationship issues, parenting difficulties, and teens issues to name a few.
I specialize in high conflict relationships of all types using a solution-focused, systemic point of view which, contrary to other therapeutic models, does not place blame on the person. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Therapy, and CBT, we will identify the emotional stress contributing to your relationship difficulties.
I have worked in several counseling settings including schools, churches, residential treatment, and private practice and offer a no-nonsense approach to counseling or as I say “counseling with a purpose”.
