About
Holistic Psychotherapy works with the whole of you -- mind, body and soul -- not just your thinking and talking parts. Most of our problems are spiritual, and our symptoms are signs of an emotional imbalance that wants to be fixed, or of something inside us that wants to show itself and grow. So we can be grateful to our symptoms for taking us, kicking and screaming probably, on a journey to our own inside world. That is the place where we can make meaning for ourselves, and where we can find that simple joy is literally just a breath away sometimes.
My job is to be a guide and a support on that journey inside. I help you engage with the subtle sensations of your body, with spontaneous imagery, and with the different parts of you that play a role in your suffering. Maybe it's time to set yourself free.
One of my specialties is to work with people who have taken plant medicines and psychedelics. I help you to set intentions and prepare for the experience. I co-lead this group with psychedelic expert Dimitri Mugianis, and we meet every Tuesday at 7:00pm, for an honest, open- hearted, intelligent exploration into psychedelic issues.
