In session, we will look at what you are hoping to get from the counseling experience and collaboratively discover what will work for your situation, which may involve getting unstuck from emotional and/or behavioral issues. My orientation includes considering our relationships to life. We will take into account relational factors, which may include environments, people, culture, expectations and roles. The therapy process may assist you in gaining a deeper understanding of your values and skills, toward transformative change.
I also specialize in couples counseling (communication, trust, and infidelity) through self-pay only. In couples counseling, I do not take sides. I am trained and skilled in seeing relational dynamics, and we will move toward building a better connection between you and your loved one. I have been in practice for over 25 years.
