I combine caring, knowledge, acceptance and a sense of humor to help people through their most difficult times. I am pretty great at personalizing treatments to a person's specific challenges, if I do say so myself :). Intuition, patience, understanding & knowledge of multiple treatment strategies have helped me help individuals other therapists could not. I'm taking new clients & am excited to meet with you! I work with preteens, teens, adults, couples and families suffering with life challenges such as relationship struggles, finding meaning and hope in life, overcoming anxiety and depression, working through traumas, addictions, and psychological issues that effect one's ability to be in control of their lives and emotions.
