I am a licensed Psychologist and a Marriage Family Therapist in California, with more than 35 years of experience. I specialize in Depth Psychology and practice a Jungian approach. Mind, body, and spirit all work together to form an integrated person. I work with children, adolescents, transition-age youths, adults, and families. My experience has taught me that it's not "what's wrong" with you but "what has happened" to you that is important and the type of therapy I practice is not "problem centered", but "solution centered." I help individuals, couples, and families achieve their peak performance.
In working with adults, children, and adolescents I use a Family Life Cycle Developmental Approach employing depth assessment as to the psychological, physical, emotional, and social levels. Then we develop a treatment plan to help that client reach their full potential.
I have an extensive history of over 35 years of working with youth with psychotic disorders and other severe issues. Plus, extensive experience working with athletes and other performers to enhance their talents. This includes working with actors, traditional athletes, people on weight loss programs, and other health psychology issues.
