I believe therapy is and a client collaborating together to address mental health issues and or deal with life problems. I believe the client (You) is the expert about themselves concerning strengths, weaknesses, and issues of concern. I believe it is my purpose as a therapist to build a therapeutic relationship which supports the development of your insights, and life skills; including the identification of strengths, and support systems that may aid in the reduction of negative symptoms and improve quality. I do tele-health only and I am joined by Mason my therapy dog.
In my private practice I work with individuals and couples. I have expertise in treating depression, sexual problems and relationships. I support clients who have experienced a variety of types of trauma including the impact of the trauma of sexual addiction on families. Holistic Approach I believe healing is when a person is whole mentally and spiritually
My passion is helping people and if I am unable to do that, I will do my best to refer them to somebody who can.

Groups
Men's Sexual/Relationship Health Group
The group is for individuals who struggle with either chronic relationship issues and/or maintaining sexual boundaries including pornography and/or stepping outside of their primary relationship. The group is online via zoom and clients will need to do a short intake before joining. We do not charge for the group if your seeing one of us individually. The group is via zoom. We have groups at 9am on Tuesdays, and 7 and 8pm on Thursdays
