I believe therapy is about a therapist and clients collaborating together to address mental health issues and or deal with life problems. I believe the client (You) is the expert about themselves concerning strengths, weaknesses, and issues of concern. I believe it is my purpose as a therapist to build a therapeutic relationship which supports the development of your insights, and life skills; including the identification of strengths, and support systems that may aid in the reduction of negative symptoms and improve quality. I do tele-health and I am hoping to be in person by summer 2025 and joined by Mason my therapy dog.
In my private practice I work with individuals and couples. I have expertise in treating depression, sexual problems and relationship issues. I support clients who have experienced a variety of types of trauma including the impact of the trauma of sexual addiction on families. Healing is a long process, but worth the journey.

Sexual Addiction Group for Men
For those who struggle with sexual addictions of any type from infidelity in their marriages to addiction to internet pornography. The group is intended to be part of a treatment to provide accountability and healing for those who are wanting to break out of their unhealthy behaviors and have sexual lives which are healthy.

We have groups for men who are struggling managing addictions to porn, infidelity, fetishes ect. One is at 7pm on Fridays and the other is 8am Saturdays. We also have a group for partners.
