Brian specializes in supporting first responders and healthcare workers who are facing alcohol and drug addiction and the lasting effects of trauma exposure from high-stress work. With a deep understanding of the unique pressures of serving others, Brian focuses on helping clients build insight, stability, and sustainable recovery in a safe and compassionate environment. As a trauma-informed therapist using EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Brian builds empathy and helps you process what’s been weighing you down—so you can move forward.
Brian helps clients gain insight, learn practical tools for recovery, improve emotional regulation, and build a new reward system that understands impulsive and compulsive decisions. People come to Brian seeking relief, clarity, and lasting change, even when alcohol and stress have taken hold.
As a trauma-informed therapist using EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Brian holds a master’s degree in Health Systems Management and Counseling Psychology. His commitment to this work is also shaped by personal experience: he lost a family member to addiction in 2019. If you're seeking help from a trauma-aware therapist. Please reach out.

I've lived through losing a family member to alcoholism and felt the grief and ripple effects that followed. That personal history fuels my determination to help others find healing early—so they don't face the same devastating loss my family experienced.
