I’m a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship is important, and that you should feel comfortable and able to discuss anything on your mind. I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral approach but bring in other orientations as well in order to provide a personalized and effective treatment plan.
While I aim to provide helpful guidance, I also appreciate your own insight and feedback. Some answers may truly lie within, while other times, there is room for exploration and discovery.
