My passion each day is to work through life's challenges with teens through adults. I love working with Couples (Gottman Method) to help their relationships build a stronger connection. I work with individuals ages 13 and up with a variety of needs such as general coping skills, self-esteem, parenting issues, retirement, divorce, family conflicts, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, grief issues, men's issues, and life adjustments.
