My approach to psychotherapy, neurotherapy and biofeedback is based on the integrative approach to healing: improving dysregulation and performance by considering multiple therapy systems that are the most suitable for the client’s situation. My awareness and focus is on holistic mind-body integration.

My experience and focus is treating clinical concerns with therapies that may include: Client-centered, Emotionally Focused (individuals and couples), Positive and Existential-Humanistic, Analytical (Jungian), Cognitive-Behavioral, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative, Systems, and Psychodynamic. I additionally help with performance optimization.

I look forward to your call or email for a no-charge initial consult to explore a therapeutic fit and discuss your mental health concerns.
