Authenticity is hard. Men and families are my specialty. It's never too late and you're never too old to walk toward change. As an AMHC, I offer a secure, non-judgmental space for addressing issues like depression, anxiety, marriage & relational conflict, trauma/sexual abuse and PTSD. The manliest thing I ever did was begin therapy after working in my profession as a young counselor in a group home. I overcame the stigma. It was hard.
