Emotions connect us to others, make us feel alive, and motivate us to act. When our past has taught us that our emotions were too big or too loud we protect ourselves by shutting them down. I specialize in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), an active approach (no blank stares or excessive head nodding) to guide you to connect with your emotions, listen to the wisdom encoded in them, and act confidently in a way that feels true to your self, a sense of “Yes, this is ME and this is what I want.”
I’m passionate about working with people who have been to therapy before and want to take it to a deeper level.
