Utilizing evidence-based treatment methods, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I guide clients toward insight, healing, and personal growth. EMDR allows us to work collaboratively to process traumatic memories and negative emotions, paving the way for profound healing and resolution.
Creating a safe and nurturing therapeutic space is paramount in my practice. I understand that the path to healing begins with feeling safe and at ease with your therapist.
