Through a collaborative and supportive process, I help young people better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward greater confidence and well-being.
With over 20 years of experience, I help children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, academic, and social challenges. Using Jungian psychotherapy, play therapy, and Jungian sandplay therapy, I create a supportive environment where young people can develop confidence, resilience, self-understanding, and healthier ways of coping.
