Minecraft Therapy Group
This Minecraft Therapy Group embraces the flexible, dynamic nature of the game to bring together children ages 8 -12 with the clinical intention of working on social skills, problem solving, frustration tolerance, turn taking, mindfulness and self-narrative exploration all within a collaborative and supportive group environment. 2 parent groups are also offered to help support parents in establishing a healthier relationship to their child's gaming interests while also learning important co-regulation skills to help the family in times of distress. Co-facilitated by Brian Keating LPC, CGP and Joshua Vensor LCSW; weekly and biweekly options.
