My therapeutic approach, or recipe if you will, primarily integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic principles, with a touch of existentialism and some DBT skills thrown in for flavor. I focus on fostering self-awareness and personal growth, empowering clients to tap into their inner strengths to overcome life’s challenges.
