I practice a unique approach called Operational Systems Counseling. In fact, I coined the term! This means I don't just look at your thoughts—I map your entire ecosystem. Together, we look at how the physical systems inside your body (sleep, metabolic health, and daily energy crashes) are locking gears with the stressors outside your body and what that means. My counseling is supportive but direct. I provide space for honest reflection and examination of your choices, actions, and the purposes they serve. Our work focuses on recognizing what you can control, making effective decisions, and taking greater ownership of your life. Sessions may last from one to three hours, but the session rate remains the same.
