With every client, my approach aims to help you build emotional regulation, improve communication, and respond with calm and clarity. I strive to help my clients move forward with confidence and to be intentional in their response.

My work focuses on helping my clients with the parts of themselves that have been unknowingly or intentionally pushed aside or silenced. Being married for 25 years, I understand how our relationships and life experiences, whether partnered or not, shape us.
