I very much enjoy being a therapist; seeing measurable progress is my main goal as a for each and every client. I find that I use what I refer to as "The REAL-WORLD approach". With this concept, I will custom tailor my approach to each client and continually adjust it to meet the needs and facets of their personality and associated struggles. What this means for clients is that they will get a highly specific-to-them therapy session which creates truly measurable progress for each client. I find that existential therapy will work for some, while CBT therapy might work better for others. I want to meet YOUR needs in therapy sessions.
