I feel privileged to see this as kids connect with their parents, as couples repair and strengthen attachment bonds, and as I connect with individuals about some of the the most vulnerable areas of life. In therapy (even virtually) we can engage with these vulnerable spaces in a way that creates healing and strength in our relationships and in ourselves.
I especially love working with couples and kids! But I can't pass on the opportunity to help men and women feel safe with their own emotions in individual therapy. I specialize in marital issues, family conflict and boundaries, kids and tweens, OCD, compulsive pornography use, grief, and adults with childhood trauma.
Regardless of the concern you bring to therapy, I know that it matters most to feel heard and seen for who you are.
