About
Clients I work with have an element of wanting to restore hope in themselves, their professions, their relationships, and their life overall. We work together to restore hope in the areas and dynamic of their choosing, using experiential and psychodramatic methods to achieve those results more effeciently and more impactfully. There are many therapeutic modalities that will offer a client COPING skills. My purpose is to provide a client with HEALING skills as we work together to restore hope in your life story.
I am a psychotherapist that specilaizes in using experiential methods, as well as traditional talk therapy. Experiential therapy is an effective therapy model for individuals, couples, and families trying to manage any kind of difficult relationship. My personal experience with these methods has deepened the therapeutic relationships with my clients.
I love helping people transform the narratives of their life that hold them back from connecting in relationships within themselves, their families, marriages, and other types of relationships (dating, jobs).
