As a therapist who lives with ADHD and a mood disorder, I believe it's my duty to walk alongside others as they work to manage the roller coaster of life. I primarily utilize client-centered, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches in my practice. I am an EMDR trained therapist and gravitate toward ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) for my areas of specialty.My primary areas of clinical focus include ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and men’s issues. ENM/polyam competent.
