I empathize with how you’re feeling right now as you seek through these profiles; it can all feel quite overwhelming and confusing. What are you looking for? What do you hope to gain from this experience? I work with clients on understanding the cost and worth of the various decisions we make through this complex life. In the 10+ years I have worked with clients I have come to recognize that many of us struggle with “how to be a human!?” Let alone navigating the complexities of navigating daily life, work, relationships, and self-exploration.
I work with clients on developing an understanding of who they are beyond the mask they present to the world. Masking is not a bad thing, yet, not knowing who you are underneath can make navigating through the complex world more challenging. I will help guide you back home to yourself and learn how to tolerate the discomfort that comes with the journey.
In my experience as a mental health provider I recognize that the “traditional” therapy journey is not for everyone. We know that diagnoses are centered around perspectives that don’t include everyone. My services are valued in a way that reflects the cost/work I have put into my growth as a provider as well as the value I believe I can add to your life.
