I am a licensed clinical psychologist (Ph.D.) operating in Los Angeles, California who sees clients throughout the state via telehealth. I work primarily with adults who are presenting with mood and anxiety disorders in addition to “stage of life” challenges occurring across the life span.
I often utilize solution-based, cognitive behavioral tools to find the best possible therapeutic outcome. However, I keep in mind there is no "one therapeutic style fits all," therefore my approach is essentially multifaceted and pulls from a number of therapeutic methods.
I typically work with clients struggling with life challenges such as relationship and job-related issues, stage of life, etc., and the psychological stressors that are often a consequence. A central focus of treatment is to center on the meaning such challenges represent to the client in order to build a new foundation for positive change.
