Hello and welcome! I'm Brian, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS). I work with adults and adolescents (ages 13-17). Life's challenges can be overwhelming and we may find ourselves feeling anxious, depressed, struggling in our relationships, or stuck in the lingering effects of past trauma.
