I help you identify your deepest values and passions and adjust your life to live by them; I go deep and you need to know that up front. You will be asked to examine the thoughts you think and to identify your emotions which are always clues to what is below the surface.

We experience and think about our lives, and we behave in certain ways because this is how we have learned to “do life.” I will help you learn to do life differently. I'll teach you how to be compassionate with yourself.
