About
I enjoy walking alongside my clients and helping them wrestle with life's struggles. Each of my clients is a sacred individual, fully deserving honor and respect. I offer an engaging and compassionate approach to counseling that respects the individual and their choices while patiently exploring every area of their life.
As a marriage and family therapist, I specialize in treating individuals, couples and families in distress. In addition, my experience in both spiritual and psychological professions allows me to tackle issues from many angles in order to engage the mind, body, and soul.
Finally, I strive to make counseling a fun and enjoyable process. I use a variety of audio and video resources to enhance the process and am constantly learning in order to provide the best ongoing professional leadership. I am continually striving to use the most current research and techniques available.
