I support people and couples learning to navigate their relationships and sexuality. I am passionate about LGBTQI+ mental health as well as challenging or compulsive sexual behaviors. I offer a nonjudgmental and person-centered space. I treat people, not behaviors. I offer cognitive-behavioral strategies and am trained in EMDR therapy which can help with trauma histories.
I know that the single most important factor in therapy is the relationship between a person and their counselor. The first goal of our work together will be getting to know you and building a warm and trusting relationship. I use humor and curiosity liberally in my work.
