About
My focus is to help those feeling lost discover the meaning to their suffering. I work with individual's wrestling with anxiety, substance abuse, depression, adjustment difficulties, and grief and loss. I believe that the therapeutic relationship holds the power to help everyone grow.
Therapy is a process of journeying with another individual while they discover and make meaning in their life. I uses an integrated approach that includes Existential, Narrative, and Psychodynamic perspective to build a safe, and trusting relationship, where people can grow in a positive direction.
I value all individual and cultural differences and I focusing on how personal experiences, family systems, and societal pressures influence an individual's perception of his or her life. Furthermore, I value and am sensitive to religious and spiritual issues.
