Welcome to my practice. I like to work with my clients in a respectful, collaborative way to help them to move forward in their lives. My approach is to help clients to balance mindfulness, acceptance, and change strategies so that they can reach their goals. I have a special interest in the use of mindfulness-informed and evidence-based therapies. I strive to work with you to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and adults. In our practice, we have both Adult and Adolescent Comprehensive DBT Programs. We offer many Adult, Young Adult, Adolescent, and Parent DBT groups. We offer individual DBT, DBT Skills Groups, and Phone Coaching.
