I work collaboratively with individuals and families to provide structured guidance in order to improve their overall quality of life.
With the aim of autonomy, I work with individuals and families to help find/create balance in their lives inside and outside of the household. In this collaborative process, we work toward resolving school, work, and household conflicts with family/peers, setting short/long term goals, and exploring their potential for change.

Adult Issues Group
Our group meetings help to facilitate connection with fellow peers and to process general life issues in a small private 6-8 person setting. We keep the format open and free-form. All members are welcome and encouraged to share, but is not mandatory. Active listening is considered participation, however you will encouraged to share in the process.
