I believe therapy can be a gift—a pause from life’s stressors and a chance to view your experience from a new perspective. Therapy can also be challenging—it asks us to be honest, to reflect deeply, and to shift patterns that may no longer serve us. In my experience, meaningful change happens in the context of a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore, question, and grow. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to address the needs of the whole person—emotionally, cognitively, and behaviorally.
My ideal client is an adult who is struggling to cope with uncertainty and stress, whatever its source.Sometimes life events such as a big transition, mid-life stressors, job loss, or retirement can strain our ability to handle everyday tasks.
