I specialize in treating men's mental health. My passion is working with first responders, military veterans, aid workers, nurses, and other caregivers experiencing PTSD, compassion fatigue and burnout, complex grief, depression and anxiety. Before becoming a counselor, I worked as a firefighter and paramedic and volunteered in veterans mental health.
I help people work toward their goals of finding understanding, stability, and direction. I can help reduce the intensity of painful memories and difficulty emotions. Therapy can improve relationships and improve the overall quality of life. I help transform grief and trauma and other life circumstances into inspiration to open a new chapter of life
