I may be the right therapist for you if you’re navigating the aftermath of traumatic events or loss, experiencing professional burnout or compassion fatigue that affects both home and work, or finding it hard to get through the day due to low energy, little interest, or overwhelming anxiety.
I specialize in supporting men’s mental health. My focus is on first responders, military veterans, aid workers, nurses, and other caregivers who are experiencing PTSD, compassion fatigue, burnout, complex grief, depression, and anxiety. Before becoming a counselor, I served as a firefighter and paramedic and volunteered in veterans’ mental health.
I work with people to help them find understanding, stability, and a renewed sense of direction. Therapy can reduce the intensity of painful memories and difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and improve overall quality of life. My goal is to help transform grief, trauma, and other life circumstances into a source of inspiration to open a new chapter
