Hi, my name is Brian, and I’m a therapist in California. I truly believe we are all connected in some way. Systemically, there are many ways to intervene and improve the way we relate to our own self, and with others. My philosophy is…when I improve, everyone else around me improves. I am a part of a whole. My own experiences have informed, in part, the way I approach problems and seek solutions, with the goal of simply being happier and performing better. As a psychotherapist, I’ve worked with a wide range of diverse people who have sought help for a variety of different concerns and problems.
I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families that have needed help for a wide range of issues, such as: severe mental health disorders, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, identity issues, communication issue, stress management, and so on.
