I work with a wide variety of people; my ideal clients simply have an inkling to make a change in their lives, as they see fit. With over 15 years in Behavioral Health as an LCSW, I offer in-person and teletherapy in English and Spanish. My prior career in network engineering helped me understand complex systems. This systems approach shapes a grounded space to help clients see what has them stuck, untangle life challenges and build an actionable path toward personal recovery.
