I work with people who are interested in exploring deep questions and patterns in their lives. Whether these questions are existential, spiritual, relational, or pertaining to a life transition, I hold space compassionately and without judgment. You will be safe to explore your story, your feelings, and the corresponding somatic experiences that will likely arise. As a practitioner of depth psychology, I believe that we repeat certain patterns and struggle with particular themes in our lives because our psyche is attempting to heal.
When we bring these patterns and themes into conscious awareness and listen to our bodies, dreams, intuitions, and emotions, transformation is possible. The process is one of attuning to all parts of ourselves, including those parts that have been rejected, neglected, or injured in the past.
When appropriate, we will explore dreams, engage in mindfulness based practices, and utilize active imagination–but ultimately your psyche will guide the process and I will be a collaborator and fellow traveler on your journey of healing and self-discovery. It is an honor to participate in such journeys and it is what motivates me to do this work.
