I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 13 years of experience supporting children, young adults, adults, and couples through life’s challenges. My work focuses on helping people manage depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, ADHD, and issues related to race, gender, sexuality, and intimacy. I am licensed in California, Massachusetts, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., and bring experience from private practice, university counseling, telehealth, and community-based care.
