Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. You might be dealing with anxiety, trauma, or depression that keeps showing up no matter how hard you try to move forward. Maybe your mind feels overwhelming, your sleep is off, your relationships feel strained, or there’s a constant inner critic telling you you’re not enough. You may want to feel more in control of your thoughts, more at peace in your body, and more connected in your relationships, but something continues to get in the way. You’re not broken, and you’re not alone in feeling this way.

I use a trauma-informed approach to help you understand how past experiences shape your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Using EMDR, CBT, Hypnosis, ACT, and IFS, we gently shift these patterns. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you feel more grounded, confident, connected, and experience lasting change.

Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you feel understood, not judged. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
