When I imagine my ideal client, they are someone who has faced significant challenges, trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, or depression, yet they possess a deep desire to heal and grow. Their issues often stem from past experiences, whether it's unresolved trauma, feelings of inadequacy, or a persistent inner critic that keeps them from reaching their full potential. These individuals often feel stuck, perhaps caught in a cycle of negative thinking, emotional overwhelm, or avoidance. They might struggle with sleep, relationships, or simply feeling at peace in their own skin. I love what I do, and would love to help.

Traumas, Anxieties, Depression can leave scars that can be hard to see. They scream inside one's head until you decide to get help. Facing pain takes courage, but I offer a way to put them behind you step by step. It is time to be brave, and face those anxieties so that you can remove the threat in your mind. Let yourself heal!
