Whether you are looking for deep healing and transformation or support with life’s daily challenges, I seek to hold a space based on respect and care for you and your process. My experience ranges from private practice therapy working with individuals, couples, and children to working with people experiencing psychiatric crisis and providing psychedelic peer support.
I believe that therapy provides an opportunity to connect in a way that is both helpful and healing for everyone. In the modern world it’s becoming increasingly rare to have the experience of truly being seen and heard, and I hope to provide the time, space, and support to allow that experience to unfold for you.
