I have worked with a variety of issues since I began clinical work. My ideal client is adult aged and looking to work on issues of the self. I enjoy working with people with trauma, depression, anxiety and ADHD.
My personal niche in therapy is post traumatic stress. I come from a military background and have a unique interest in helping people to overcome thoughts that are intrusive to find peace and wellness. I have worked with adult survivors of childhood sexual/emotional/physical abuse as well as combat veterans.
I work in a group office of other professionals that are able to assist in other areas of need. We have couples counselors, counselors of color and psychiatric nurse practitioners that are able to provide medication evaluation and management.
