In my practice, I aim to accompany you, using a trauma-informed lens and psychoanalytic approach to explore your unconscious, on your journey inward. My background involves work with LGBTQ+ and heterosexual folks, with people exploring their gender and sexuality, life transitions, patterns of self-sabotage, and professional satisfaction. I have experience providing therapy on topics relating to relationships, family dynamics, and spirituality.
