Immediate daytime availability virtually on Monday through Thursday. There are many obstacles life may throw at us. Often these obstacles are unexpected and throw us off our desired path. Sometimes it may even feel that we have lost our way and our original path is out of sight, unable to be found. You may start to feel defeated or overwhelmed by what to do next. But with a little help, there is hope that you can rediscover your path or create an even better one!
I have a passion for working with adolescents, adult individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, parenting struggles, and couples going through relational distress. Additionally, as a veteran of the US Air Force, I also truly enjoy helping service members, families, and the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those with substance use. I am also EMDR trained.
I am originally from New Orleans, so in a session with me you will experience an abundance of southern hospitality as I strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Additionally in session, I provide tools and coping strategies so that we work towards making your current stressors more manageable.
