Raised in Texas, with much of my adult life in New York City, I now find solace in the Colorado mountains. As the daughter of an immigrant from an interfaith household infused with two different forms of purity culture, I bring a diverse, empathetic perspective to my work. I’m here to meet you where you are and help you create a life you adore, including secure, fulfilling relationships. Together, we'll build a judgment-free zone to tackle relational challenges, and sexual issues.
I work with adult individuals, couples, and all relational setups, including polyamorous people and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I’ll guide you in communication, setting boundaries, navigating intimacy differences, and processing trauma. Through attachment work, “parts work,” DBT, and Brainspotting (an EMDR offshoot), I support clients in progress.
