Maybe you are wrestling with the fall-out from a divorce or a break-up, and trying to find yourself again. It might be that you're going through a hard life transition, feeling shame, or that you're questioning your identity. We all have patterns we enact through our lives - what are yours, and how do they show up in your life and/or partnerships? I believe relationships are agreements, and love to work with ethically non-monogamous (ENM) couples. I have a passion to work through shame with women & LGBTQ+ folks. I strongly value boundary- and identity-work around a big break-up or after experiencing abuse. Interests also include working with women with late-Dx ADHD, perimenopause, & perinatal issues.

I understand how difficult it can be to find the right therapist to connect with and open up to - it can be daunting! In our work together, my hope is for you to find empowerment, meaning, and authenticity. This is led by your goals, unique voice and experience.
